Youth Wellness Screen

The Youth Wellness Screen or YwScreen is an attitudinal questionnaire offered to Freshman students in all Washburn County school districts. The process is evidence based and follow-up resources are offered to students who might benefit. We require that students and their parents/guardians provide active consent to participate. Annually this process identifies and connects students to socioemotional resources, students that may have otherwise been left to struggle in silence.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
